Positive Intelligence formula for success

Mental fitness is the key to better performance and greater happiness -- personally and professionally.

When faced with adversity, do you often find yourself slipping into negative thoughts and a self-defeating attitude? Do these thoughts hinder your forward progress, and sometimes, shut you down completely?

As humans, we’re bound to face these types of internal struggles at some point in our lives and careers.

The only way to overcome this self-defeating mindset is to weaken it, then gain control over it. When your body feels weak, you strengthen it with exercise. When your mindset is weak, or constantly drifts toward the negative, you can counter this by strengthening your positive “mental muscles”.

Through Positive Intelligence Training we’ll identify and weaken your saboteur muscles -- or negative thoughts -- then strengthen and build upon your sage muscles -- or positive thoughts.  This rewiring of your brain empowers you to handle adversity from a more positive place. It also teaches you how to generate creative ideas and productive solutions, instead of giving in to negative, self-defeating, and hopeless thoughts or attitudes.

When your body is strong, you’re better equipped to handle great physical challenges. By strengthening your mentality and mindset, you build the resilience you need to handle life’s most difficult challenges, and the personal power to be happier and perform better everyday.

What is Positive Intelligence?

The Positive Intelligence program was created based on the best-selling book, “Positive Intelligence” written by Shirzad Chamine.

Shirzad developed the ideas of;

  • Judge - the negative internal voice that we judge ourselves with harshly

  • Sage - the positive, constructive internal voice that helps us stay open and creative when facing adversity

  • Saboteurs - The negative behaviors and thoughts we use to self-sabotage when facing adversity.

The Positive Intelligence program will retrain your mind to take control of your “judge”,  fortify your “sages” and identify, weaken and beat down your saboteurs so you can take control of your mind and put it to use positively in the face of personal and professional adversity.

Positive Intelligence training is based on research with 500,000 participants in 50 countries including hundreds of CEOs, Stanford University students, and elite athletes.  This program was created based on recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, performance science

and cognitive and positive psychology research.

This program has been proven to improve your mental fitness, allowing you to become more resilient, perform better, and most importantly - Be Happier.

Positive Intelligence Quotient (PQ) is a measure of your ability to respond to challenges - personal and professional - with a positive mindset. Stronger Positive Intelligence has been shown through extensive research to improve:

  • Self confidence

  • Peak performance

  • Peace of mind and physical wellness

  • Healthier, more productive relationships in every aspect of our lives

  • Leadership and team member communication and cohesion - working more effectively together with better results

Higher levels of PQ help people strengthen their ability to counteract the impact of negative emotion - such as fear, anxiety, frustration - and build their ability to operate from a wiser, more confident and focused perspective.
