When faced with adversity, do you often find yourself slipping into negative thoughts and a self-defeating attitude? Do these thoughts hinder your forward progress, and sometimes, shut you down completely?

What is Positive Intelligence?

The Positive Intelligence program was created based on the best-selling book, “Positive Intelligence” written by Shirzad Chamine.  

Shirzad developed the ideas of; 

  • Judge - the negative internal voice that we judge ourselves with harshly

  • Sage - the positive, constructive internal voice that helps us stay open and creative when facing adversity

  • Saboteurs - The negative behaviors and thoughts we use to self-sabotage when facing adversity.

This week you intercept and weaken the top accomplice to your Judge Saboteur; Avoider, Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational,

Week 4: Shift From Saboteur to Sage
